Our referral program works like this:

1. Refer ONE patient or a family and you receive $25.00 credit towards your account.
2. Refer TWO patients or families and you receive another $25.00 credit towards your account.
3. Refer a THREE or more patients or families and receive $50.00 credit towards your account.
